Each Applicant for any of the Human Development and Family Sciences Scholarships must fill out this checklist and submit it. The checklist is intended as an organizational tool for the applicant and the scholarship committee.

As you complete each required part of the application process check it off on the list. Only applications that are complete will be considered for a scholarship.
