Professional Development
Each academic year, the Department of Human Development and Family Sciences will support HDFS undergraduate majors’ professional development by offering funding for a limited number of awards of up to $500 each. The number of awards given may vary from semester to semester, depending on available departmental funds. Students may only receive the Undergraduate Professional Development Award once during their time at UConn. Please be aware that this will be a reimbursement and not an upfront provision of funds.
